What you are buying

GameGuide sells digital access to paid plans of the GameGuide Discord bot: Base and Pro (each for one Discord account), Server (for every member of one Discord server) and Pro Lifetime (Pro with a single payment). Current prices: Base ₹199 / $2.99 a month or ₹1,999 / $29.99 a year · Pro ₹399 / $4.99 a month or ₹3,999 / $49.99 a year · Server ₹1,199 / $14.99 a month or ₹11,999 / $149.99 a year · Pro Lifetime ₹3,299 / $39.99 once. Prices include any taxes shown at checkout. Plans are bought on the plans page.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time — from the link in the receipt email the payment provider sends you, or by writing to gameguideai.support@gmail.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Nothing else is lost.

Refunds

• First 7 days. If the plan is not for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for it — or within 7 days of a yearly renewal — and you get a full refund.
• Pro Lifetime. Full refund if asked within 7 days of purchase.
• Moving up from Base to Pro, or from a subscription to Pro Lifetime, starts the new plan at once and stops the old one renewing. Days already paid for on the old plan are not refunded.
• Monthly renewals are not refunded once the new month has started; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
• Charged twice or by mistake? Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
• If the plan never switched on and we cannot fix it within 24 hours of you telling us, you get a full refund.

To ask for a refund, email gameguideai.support@gmail.com with the email address you paid with and the payment or receipt ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. When a refund is issued, the paid plan it was for ends.
