Digital delivery only
Everything GameGuide sells is a digital service. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is needed.
When your plan starts
Your plan is attached to the Discord account (or Discord server) you bought it for and usually switches on within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed. You will see a confirmation page after paying and a receipt by email from the payment provider; in Discord, /quota shows your plan. Bank transfers and some UPI payments can take longer to confirm — the plan starts as soon as they do.
If it does not arrive
If your plan has not switched on within an hour of paying, write to gameguideai.support@gmail.com with your receipt. We fix it the same day, or refund you in full — see the refund policy.
